The staff was always cheerful and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy dining table where we enjoyed our breakfast. The amenities provided, such as heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV, made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the on-site dining restaurant and bar, where we could unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The view from the room was stunning! A combination of both mountains and sea that made relaxation easy to achieve. The staff members were helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The nearby walking trail by the beach was a great place to take some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and we were only allowed to have one per person - definitely not ideal for a good night's sleep. Another downside was the lack of towels provided, and there were no extra face towels to use. The waiting times at reception were long and staff members didn't seem to care about the queue - anyone who pushed in could get served first.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was definitely worth it! The view from the room was amazing and the location is perfect for a beach holiday. We enjoyed taking walks on the beach and going on mini hikes. The walking trail by the beach was a great bonus. The staff was cheerful and welcoming making our stay more pleasant.
Although the room was spacious, the limited number of towers and pillows made for an uncomfortable stay. The staff at the reception did not follow a queue making it frustrating for guests who had to wait their turn.

The hotel had a stunning location right on the beach, giving both a beautiful mountain and sea view. Walking trails by the beach and a small sandy beach added to the experience. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. the dining table was perfectly placed for breakfast time, creating a cozy ambiance.
It would have been nice if the reception staff were more organized in managing the queue.
